How to report suspected fraud

What to do and who to contact if you suspect fraud on your NRTH account.

If you believe a payment request or mandate connected to NRTH may be fraudulent, contact us immediately using the form on our Contact Us page.

We review all reports promptly and aim to respond within 24 hours during business days.

If you think your bank account has been compromised, contact your bank directly as well. They can freeze your account and prevent further unauthorised transactions.
