Your data is processed and stored in compliance with UK data protection regulations (UK GDPR).

NRTH stores the following data to provide the service:

Your business details, collected during the Know Your Business (KYB) verification.

Your personal identification, collected during the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

Your bank account details, used for receiving payouts from collected payments.

Your customers' mandate details, used for processing Direct Debit collections.

Your accounting software connection, used for syncing contacts and invoices.

All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We are continuously strengthening our security measures to ensure the highest level of protection for sensitive data.

Your data is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used for anything other than providing the NRTH service.
