Before you can collect from a customer, they need to sign a Direct Debit mandate. This authorises NRTH to collect payments from their bank account on your behalf.
There are four ways to invite a customer. Choose whichever works best for you:
Share - Get a QR code or link to send however you like. WhatsApp, email, your website.
Add - Manually enter a customer's details and send them an invite automatically. You can also attach a payment at the same time.
Email - A quick, lightweight invite with an optional personal message.
Import - Bulk invite customers by uploading a CSV file.
All four methods send the customer to the same place: your branded Direct Debit mandate form.
