Need to invite a lot of customers at once? Use the Import tab.
Click Invite Customer, then select Import.
Step 1: Download the template Click Download Template to get the CSV file. Open it and add your customers' details in the format provided.
Step 2: Upload your CSV Drag and drop your completed CSV file into the upload area, or click Upload file. Maximum file size is 20 MB.
You'll be able to review the import before any invites are sent. Once confirmed, every customer in the file will receive an email with your Direct Debit mandate link.
