Open the Transactions page and click on the payment you want to cancel. In the transaction detail view, click the Cancel Payment button in the top right corner.
Payments can only be cancelled before they've been submitted to BACS for processing. Once a payment has been submitted, it cannot be stopped.
What if the payment has already been collected?
If the payment has already gone through, you can issue a refund directly from the NRTH platform. The refund amount will be taken from your bank account and returned to your customer.
