72% of UK small businesses are paid late. There are £112 billion in unpaid invoices sitting in the economy right now. Every single day, 38 businesses close because money they were owed never arrived.
Small businesses are the backbone of this country. The dreamers, the builders, the people who took a risk to create something. They deserve to grow, to scale, to thrive. Not to spend their weeks chasing invoices.
NRTH exists to end late payments. Get paid your way, not someday.
What NRTH does
NRTH is a payment collection and automation platform built for UK service businesses. It connects to your accounting software, watches for invoices as you raise them, and collects the money automatically via Direct Debit. No chasing. No awkward calls. No more finance teams spending their week doing the work of debt collectors.
Who NRTH is built for
NRTH is used by accountants, recruiters, event managers, property managers, build to rent operators, waste management businesses, and every other service based business that sends invoices and needs to get paid reliably. If you raise invoices and collect money from other UK businesses, NRTH was built for you.
What getting paid looks like before NRTH
You send an invoice. You wait. You send a follow up email, then another one, then make an awkward phone call. Your team spends hours every week chasing money that is already owed to you. Your CFO has become a debt collector. If you push too hard you risk losing the client relationship entirely. NRTH removes this entirely.
How NRTH works
Connect NRTH to Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage. Link your customers to their accounting contacts. From that point, when you raise and send an invoice, NRTH picks it up, collects the payment on the due date via Direct Debit, and marks the invoice as paid in your accounting software. You do not need to touch it.
NRTH supports four ways to collect:
Invoice collection NRTH automatically collects invoices raised in your accounting software on their due date.
Payment Link Send a single payment request for a customer to pay by Direct Debit or open banking.
Split Payment Break a larger invoice into scheduled instalments collected automatically.
Recurring Payment Set up a fixed regular collection from a customer on a schedule you define.
What you need to get started
A registered UK business, a UK bank account, and at least one customer. Connecting Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage unlocks automatic invoice collection.
How long until you collect your first payment
Setting up a new Direct Debit mandate takes 6 business days. After that, each payment takes 3 working days to clear. Most businesses collect their first payment within two weeks of signing up.
What NRTH is not
NRTH is not invoice financing and it is not a debt collection service. NRTH collects payments you are already owed, automatically, before they ever become a problem.
